Custom branding and colours via Web-Accountant™ portal
A separate online Web-Accountant™ portal provides you with a branded delivery platform using your own identity with logo and corporate colours.
Full management of your own custom portal is done easily online.
Easy System Setup for multiple timesheet sets
Timesheet System Setup is done easily online for multiple independent timesheet sets and users. You can enable it for new clients and users, and give them administration access to their own systems for managing users themselves.
Automatic new user email
When new users are added to the system, user emails are automatically sent from your Web-Accountant portal with personal access details and link.
Multi-user and live data access
Users can all access the system at the same time from any internet connection. Administrators can then view all entry data live.
Quick management of clients and tasks
You can add as many clients and tasks as you like. The Online Timesheet Management System is flexible to use for you and your clients.
Easy and clear layout
The system is developed with user feedback, with simplicity making it easy for users to jump straight in with a clear and intuitive layout.
Start-stop click of a button entry recording
No need to watch the time, just a click of the stopwatch for logging the start/stop times and the entries are recorded for you. Clients and tasks can be quickly selected at any time for an entry from drop-down lists.
Entry archive date locking previous entries at any time
At any time you want to lock the entries that have been made to a point in time, just select the date and users will only be able to add or edit entries after this.
Permissions based approval process
Choose which team members can approve timesheets or expense claims, and whether or not they're able to approve their own.
Dashboard for users
Users see a set of clear charts showing visually what and how their time has been spent in the current period..
Summary report for clients and tasks
See clear summary reports on the hours spent for each client, task and team member.
Analysis of charges, costs and simple profit
Rates are stored for each client and task, and costs for each team member. Reports then show you what your billings are for each client and tasks, your costs for each client and team member and a simple profit summary for each client. *Coming Soon
Write-off approved billable hours
Approved hours can be written off in task groups for each client for the period selected so you can track what has and hasn't been billed.
Optionally, if only part of these are to be written off the task name can be clicked to drilldown into the specific entries.
Export to an Excel file with a single click
Administrators can see entries for all users, and filter these by clients, tasks, and team members. A single click of the Excel icon and the data will be exported instantly to file.
Secure with SSL encryption
Secure online encryption gives you confidence in the storage of your timesheet data.
Automatic updates and backup
Daily automated offsite backups are made securely with no risk of data loss. Updates are made regularly to the system so you don't need to worry about software installation or updates for the latest features and functionality.
