VAT rates can be quickly set and varied for income and expenses, for automatic calculations and payments taken in the quarters they are due. This also has added flexibility so you can adjust the payments to meet any cash flow needs, or repayment agreements.
Fixed Assets, Capital Purchases and Hire Purchases are Easily Managed and Depreciated
Listing current asset figures, any capital purchases as well as hire purchases throughout the year are easily entered. These all have depreciation automatically applied through the year on a monthly basis.
Easy Debtor and Creditor Calculations
Debtors and Creditors are handled monthly in a very easy manner. Just set the payment or collection assumptions and the rest is automatic. Manual adjustments allow for additional flexibility whereever you might need.
Instant PAYE and NIC Calculations
Depending on staffing levels, you can vary the Gross and Net pay with a simple percentage (%) figure - automatically splitting the expense and making PAYE/NIC payments automatically managed monthly. Again, flexible adjustments can be made if you need.
