Last week we had 2 different members ask about a feature in the Online Timesheet and Expense System to allow approved hours to be written off as not all are necessarily billed at the same time.
Approved hours can now be written off in task groups for each client for the period selected. Optionally, if only part of these are to be written off the task name can be clicked to drilldown into the specific entries.
The different methods that can be used to write-off hours are outlined in the Documentation for the Online Timesheet and Expense System.
