The new Online Timesheet Management System has commenced testing, alongside customised Web-Accountant™ Portals used for presenting our online tools such as this.

Starting with the setup of the Web-Accountant™ Portal, the site look can be customised at any time by you with your own practice logo and colours.  Select a Portal name, a logo and adjust the colours as you see fit and it is running live instantly.

From there it's just a couple of easy steps to getting the Timesheet System running. Choose the Timesheet tool from the Tools list (more will be added) and then add a new set of timesheets to the list for yourself or your clients.  Users can be added and given administrator privileges here too, with sets of timesheets each managed and dealt with independently.

The Timesheet Management System will then be setup and ready to use under your own Web-Accountant™ portal, much like the H Nicholsons demo portal at http://my.web-accountant.com/HNicholsons.

Login then at the Web-Accountant™ Portal is the same for you as it is here, with full access to timesheets, entry data, and administration.

The Online Timesheet Management System presents Timesheet users with a Dashboard when they are logged in, displaying a set of graphs for the current period outlining how time has been spent and for which clients.

Timesheet entries themselves are made quite easily either by manually entering the date and times and choosing the client/task, or by simply clicking the stopwatch to start or stop the latest timesheet entry.

Entries in the current period can be edited if needed, but once an administrator chooses a new date for the current period to commence any previous entries are locked and can no longer be edited.

All Timesheet Entries can also be viewed, with administrators seeing entries for all users.  These can all be filtered by date and client too as well as exported direct to an Excel file.

So... How Much?

The Online Timesheet Management System is just £249 for the first year, including your own custom Web-Accountant™ portal for presenting the tool to your staff, or setting it up for your clients. This is all included for our business members at no additional charge.

The online system enables you to add different sets of completely separate timesheets for you and your clients and includes:

  • Up to 50 active users
  • Separate timesheet sets as required by you and your clients
  • Independently managed settings

Additional users are available at only £149 for every 50 additional users for the entire year!
