New Online Job Management System
We have implemented a new job management system that makes outsourcing extremely easy to monitor and manage.
This system has successfully been implemented for our payroll service and other services will follow, but what does this mean?

Rather than trying to track emails, faxes, documents and more to monitor the progress of your payroll jobs, all jobs are logged in our simple yet powerful online system with all relevant files attached and deadlines recorded. |
Faxes directed to us will also be attached to each job so that all information relating to a payroll job is stored in a single secure location online.
| When a job is logged you receive on-screen confirmation of the job as well as an email automatically sent to you confirming our receipt of your job request. You can monitor progress of your job at any time as our team regularly updates the percentage completed. For smaller jobs with few staff this may move immediately from 0% to 100% completion. |

If we have a query and require additional information from you in order to complete a job, this is requested by an immediate email to you and a record retained within the online system. We closely monitor deadlines, if any queries are awaiting a response for any extended period we will contact you to follow up and ensure all jobs are delivered accurately and on time.
The completed job is also stored within the system ready for you to just click and save reports such as payroll summaries and payslips.

What do YOU want?
Our members are most important to us and are the reason why we are here. This is why our team is devoted to providing you with value and improving what is available to all our business members.
We want to hear from you what improvements you would like to see to your work and how it is performed. Our forums have been set up so you can discuss this and for us to get an understanding of what you would like. Is it well-designed timesheets for staff? Or maybe a system for recording CIS? Possibly more ratios or graphs in the financial management reporting system? Even an online calendar with event listings?
Many of our members are still communicating directly with us. However, we suggest members use the forums so that we can share ideas, thereby gathering the best information to develop tools for the flexible needs of our members. We look forward to hearing what YOU want!
Referral System Rewards
As a membership based site, the more members we have means we can invest more in tools, resources and services. This will in turn benefit all members with even better tools developed faster and meeting the wider needs of members.
| To this end we have introduced a referral system so members can easily refer others to the Accountants Circle. Business members be rewarded with an ongoing commission for all new members they have referred. |

Webhosting & Email Hosting
We noticed several of our members aren’t using their own domain names (eg. yourbusinessname.co.uk) for both the website and email addresses. Using a unique domain name rather than a shared one, such as gmail.co.uk, portrays a professional image so we have enabled our server to be utilised by members for the hosting of websites and email.
For many, this can be difficult to organise and confusing but we will help set you up with this and get you going with minimal disruption.
