Unlimited Assets, Categories & Locations/Departments
Now you just click the add button for extra items to be added.
Instant Application of Your Depreciation Policy
Easily apply your depreciation policy to all newly added assets for a quick and consistent depreciation calculations. For each asset category you can set the useful life and depreciation method to be applied. Individual assets that are already set are not affected so you have no problems if your policy changes.
Easy Disposal Handling
Just enter the date and disposal value whenever needed. All reports and figures automatically recognise this and self-adjust for the selected period.
Reducing Balance Calculation Options
Now when you use the reducing balance depreciation method, you can have the depreciation adjust either each 12 months from the date of purchase, or in-line with the financial year.
Annual and Monthly Depreciation Summary Views
An annual summary has been added to the system so at a glance you can instantly see the years depreciation, by month, for all assets as well as summarised by category and location/department.
Instant Reports Exported for Any Month or Year
Just select the current period in the Asset Management System and exported reports will be adjusted for you. Future assets purchased, and past disposals are removed so you can produce clear and accurate asset register reports for any period at any time.
Updating Your Asset Management System (easy!)
If you are using a previous version of the Asset Management System, upgrading is easy.
- Open the latest version, leaving your file to upgrade closed.
- From 'AMS' in the Excel menu, choose Import/Upgrade.
- Choose your file to update and press ok.
