Timesheet Management Template Released
We've been developing a new Excel template for timesheets which has been officially released today.
It originated from a request we received from email, for something the trades industry could use to monitor staff and subcontractor hours on jobs to see what hours were being spent and the costs. Considering these needs and those some of our team experienced when contracting to accountancy practices in the UK we've developed an efficient and flexible system that can be used by both practices, clients and general business.
This has also been a good demonstration of our Development Desk in action. From the request log you can see how a template can be requested by any of our members, and the process to accessing development versions, providing input and feedback.
Some of the key features include:
- Central management of timesheets and clients/projects, tasks and team;
- Timesheet import/export for individual time keeping;
- Informative analysis reports; and
- Instant archiving

This system provides a quick way to manage all of your timesheet needs, minimising the time spent on timesheets.
Your team can be given functional timesheets with start/stop time recording, and instant archiving. These can then be submitted for easy import back into the central Timesheet Management System to provide the information needed for billing, costing and further analysis at an instance.
A trial version can now be downloaded from our new Timesheet Management System template page. All business members can request a personally branded template from the downloads page, included as a part of their membership.
