We've released a new version of the Accounts Record System.
This Excel template helps your clients maintain the more common records that would be expected. Clients can use this to keep track of petty cash, mileage, staff expense claims, banking and more. Why bother creating all of these for your clients when you can just give them this?
The template can be set to display the sheets your clients need and with individual mileage rates, as well as appropriate income and expense accounts... it is very clear and simple for them to use.
Many of the sheets now include our own filtering system, so they can be filtered on period, staff member and status. Spreadsheets are not always the preferred method for recording data, but we are working to make it easier for you and your clients.
We all know the difficulties with users changing spreadsheets and deleting or damaging formula. Although this is one of our more simple systems, the formula has been hidden and locked down... minimising any errors.
