Our Cash Book System is an Excel based template designed for business that just need to record the basics, without the expense of over-powered software.
There is no need to know Excel formula, you or your clients can easily maintain a straight-forward cash book. You simply set the accounts you would like to be able to allocate to, and enter the transactions as they occur.
This system will handle the bank reconciliation in an accurate yet simple way just by marking items from the bank statement and entering the balance at the end of a period.
It also handles VAT Returns, collating the data as you would expect and presenting it just as you see the VAT Return itself.
Although available for download to our business members, this system is also available to purchase as 'Cash Book Pro' from Yorkshire Accountancy.
When you don't need something to do more, you don't need anything else.
