Did you make New Year Resolutions?  Have you given them any thought since?

I don't.

It's well into February now and I've been wondering just how many people made New Year Resolutions and don't follow through with them?  Just how many give up?

This is the reason I don't make "New Year" resolutions.

Not because I wouldn't try to see them through. Or would I give up or forget up them... though I might.

If I did make these "New Year" resolutions then I think I'd be saying to myself that I have just one shot this year at making these changes in my life. And I'd only have one time to start making these changes - New Year... or maybe starting a few days later when I've properly recovered from the celebrations.

Do you ever think in August that you need to get back to those New Year Resolutions and get those changes happening?  I never have, and I probably never will.

So what I say is...

Any time is a good time to turn over a new leaf.

Whenever you identify an area in your life, business or personal, there is not better time than the present to make a resolution and take action.
