Our forums have been set up so you can discuss this and for us to get an understanding of what you would like. Is it well-designed timesheets for staff? Or maybe a system for recording CIS? How do our outsourced services work?
Well... there are quite a few companies now that provide offshore outsourced services. If you do manage to find one that works for you, and with reasonable rates we recommend sticking with them... they seem to be few & far between.
We decided to do a few things differently with our service... but we think you can guess that from our entire concept.
Firstly, we don't see outsourcing simply as a way to save money. For our members it is a way to really add value to client services. We also feel that elements of your service should not be sacrificed for the sake of saving a few extra quid and we're not afraid to say it.
To ensure we deliver a consistent, professional, accurate and timely outsourced service, we believe that in the long-term our services are best delivered by doing two things.
The first is by automating as much as we can, not unlike outsourcing itself which can be seen as a way of automating the basic tasks of a service. We use technology and software as best we can, and constantly adapt and improve to meet changing needs.
The second is by really looking after our team. They know as an offshore outsourced service the first reason businesses do this is cost savings... so we look after them and pay them well for their work. We also create a fresh and inspiring workplace with flexible and varied work, so our staff enjoy their work and being a part of The Accountant Circle's team.
What do you do now to start outsourcing?
It really is not difficult to take the step to streamlining your services. The internet has made outsourced offshore services much simpler and quicker to provide.
It is usually easiest by starting with smaller manageable tasks so you get used to how outsourcing can work for you, and we better understand the way you like to operate. We find something like the outsourced payroll service clearly shows how offshore work can flow.
