I would like to give everyone an insight into what David & I have been working on with the website.

We have been working towards the design & implementation of a workflow management system to handle the submittance of jobs, allow monitoring of job progress, as well as query handling, and finally the return of items such as reports.

Hopefully this system will be running for our business members for next week. Tasks such as payroll processing can then be easily registered with us as a job, and you will also then have a single area where all jobs can easily be tracked.

We are also discussing the possibility of creating a new web area, that is generic (or possibly branded for members) so clients can directly log their jobs for processing saving our members even more administrative time. I will look further into this after the implementation of our workflow management system on the website, but in the meantime it woudl be good to start getting an idea of whether this would help.
