By reducing the number of manual processes within your HR department, or even eliminating them altogether you can use the right software to provide an integrated approach to managing the entire employee life cycle. HR automation can reduce errors, improve productivity and efficiency, and mitigate compliance risks. In addition, automation will enable HR departments that are facing staff cutbacks themselves to do more with less, an important consideration when investing in automation. CIBER have put together this useful free webinar on the HR software selection process http://www.ciber.co.uk/webinar/hrsmm/

I think software is very important for all aspects of HR. It is even more reliable setup would be to have all the systems talking to one another. This could be especially beneficial for time and attendance and payroll software. Have you considered Paycor?

Having the correct HR software is essential within larger organisations that are labour intensive, as this integrated software can be a huge asset when managing employee costs and forecasting for future years.
