We've just implemented different charge rates and other options. The changes made include:

• Tasks available by Client - with changes in the client on the timesheet entries will automatically update the Task options available depending on both the client and the user
  
• Charging Method by Client - the system can be set to default to charging clients by task rates or by user rates. Individual clients can override this method if needed from the Administration > Clients section of the system
  
• Charge Rates by User - user rates can be set on a client by client basis from either the client or the team member sections under Administration
