Hi Liz,

we have been transfer usd dollar invs for past half year as well without puting exchange rate in column 11, just leave it empty.

once sucssess transfered usd inv,  description of sage sale ledger will appear ' USD15,000 @1.5'  and inv amount is '10000.00' vat '0.00'

this sage001.csv link file was created by another software called XE, it flag invs created in a week and link them with sage001.csv and then we import to sage. the computer engineer of XE said that he didn't change anything their side. so obviousely i have to find out what has been changed on sage side.

i don't have a clue how to make a change of sage import csv file structure. i thought in sage help menu, there is import csv structure and anyone wants to create link file has to follow this structure.

is there posibility to change sage settings of exchange rate causing this prob?
