Everyone:
 
I represent a nationwide BPO that supports Intuit's sales, customer service, and tech support operations.
 
I am trying to gauge interest within the Quickbooks user community to get an idea of how many people out there would be interested in supporting novice Quickbooks users in an home-based business environment. You would be required to support Quickbooks users with various functionality with the potential to up-sell and/or cross-sell.
 
A few details:
 
- Competitive Pay
- Flexible Part-time hours
- Ability to work from home
- Comprehensive Training and support from Intuit
- Rewarding career path with a reputable multi-national company
 
Requirements:
 
- Must pass personality profile assessment and Quickbooks proficiency test
- Must have a reliable PC and high speed Internet access
 
If you have mastery or extensive knowledge in Quickbooks and would be interested in an exciting career in product support, sales, or customer service please reply to this thread with a brief paragraph describing your experience with Quickbooks.

Hi SGS Jason

 

Ive been using quickbooks for over 5 years now.  I do the bookkeeping for a charity and a sole trader.  My experienc involves doing the bank recs, payroll, customer payments report, invoicing, deposits, receipts etc.

 

I feel very confident using quickbooks and have set it up for several people.  I am currently doing bookkeeping using quickbooks for a sole trader.

 

I am definately interested.

Hi

I am a quickbooks professional adviser and I would be interested in this as well.

I work from home and i provide some support over the phone to a few clients. I also provide training to individuals and small groups using quick books

I have been in training for over 5 years

I used QuickBooks for 6 months whilst working for a business and would say I have mastered it - would definately be interested in this sort of opportunity.
