You can add as many clients, tasks and team members as you like. The only limits are Excel.  These categories can also be changed, so if you need it to manage projects rather than clients - just change it.  The Timesheet Management System is flexible to use for you and your clients.

Just adding a member to your team will automatically create a timesheet for them - already setup labelled and with the clients and tasks.

Import/export for individual time recording

For individuals to manage their own timesheets separately, with a click you can export their timesheet and when they have submitted it completed you can import it straight back into your Timesheet Management System.

Start-stop click of a button recording

No need to watch the time, just a click to for logging the start/stop times are the rest is done for you. Overnight shift work automatically splits the entry for the next day.

Summary reports of all hours by client, task and team member

See clear summary reports on the hours spent for each client, task and team member.

Analysis of charges, costs and simple profit

Rates are stored for each client and task, and costs for each team member.  Reports then show you what your billings are for each client and tasks, your costs for each client and team member and a simple profit summary for each client.

Password protection for rates and reports

The confidential elements of rates and reports have a second layer of password security included. So if your Timesheet Management System can be accessed or used by others, you can have this confidential information hidden from view.
